Association Property is defined in Article I as “all real and personal property in which the Association holds any right, title, or interest, including easement rights along the willow corridor.” Section 6.04 names the swimming pool and spa, the pickleball courts, the bowling alley, the playground, the linear park, mail kiosks, and any and all Association roads, streets and rights of way.
